Nederlandsche Beleggings Maatschappij BV (NBM) was founded in 1910 as the product of a joint venture involving various independent property investment companies.


Thanks to a very extensive network of contacts in the property industry, since then NBM has developed an investment portfolio which is as wide-ranging as it is valuable, and which is one of the largest and most spectacular in the Netherlands. This portfolio is epitomised by a series of A1 shopping centres and office blocks which define its appearance.
